Learning Differences
Teachers understand individual learner differences along with cultural and linguistic diversity.
The plan shows how I plan to and have differentiated my instruction to meet the needs of all of my students. It also displays my desire and willingness to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. Along with my desire to work with them it also exhibits my awareness of the challenges that students with diverse backgrounds such as linguistic, social and economic face both inside and outside the classroom. This awareness means that I have sensitivity and respect for each of my students and do not assume that I completely understand everything they experience.
